A promising 06/07 off season spent in the gym bulking up, laid the foundation for what was shaping as a promising introduction to local rugby for this passionate debutant. Despite showing early promise, a debilitating knee injury has kept the promising youngster sidelined, leaving local fans pondering what could have been.
A specialist Halfback by trade this promising youngster hails from the rich and deep rugby talent pool that is St Josphes of Hunters Hill. This school has developed many rugby stars of high calibre in Matthew Burke (NSW, AUS), Kurtley Beale (NSW), Ben Darwin (AUS). Looking to make his mark in his local competion NHRU 07 this schoolboy prodigy has his sights firmly on premier 1's for the Greeen Machine. He is a sound passer and runner of the ball in both ruck and open play but it is his rugby brains that are his strength. He is acknowledged as having an astute football brain and held in high regard for his rugby knowledge and prowness. His has tutored many young promising stars at his career lauchpad of St joeys. His students include Kurtley Beale now with NSW Waratahs as well as Jeremy Tilse, Nick Woolf, Luke Burgess all of whom look as promising stars of the future for club, state and international rugby.
